    Hafiz

    FOUNDER

    From doing GrabFood delivery 3 years ago during the COVID-19 lockdown, till setting up his own studio today - Hafiz brings with him a decade of coaching experience alongside his credentials as a competitor, but more importantly he has amazing backbones- his wife, a super cute daughter and five cats🐈.

    Outside of coaching, Hafiz is a closet fan of K-Dramas with Itaewon Class being his personal favourite which plays a huge inspiration for him to set up Sweat Science Studio!
