Every class is coached by Coach Hafiz, 3x Singapore National Boxing Champion, at our studio 3 minutes from Clarke Quay MRT. Your first trial class is free.
Boxing Basics
Difficulty: Beginner | Duration: 50 mins
Our Boxing Basics class is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing. This class focuses on foundational techniques, including proper stance, footwork, punching form. Whether you're brand new to boxing or looking to refine your skills, this class is designed to build confidence and improve your fitness.
Who it's for: Complete beginners, those returning after a long break, or anyone who wants to rebuild their foundation properly.
Skills & Drills
Difficulty: Intermediate | Duration: 50 mins
Skills & Drills is where technique gets sharper. This class focuses on combinations, defensive movement, reaction time, and boxing IQ. Sessions are structured around specific skill targets so you leave every class having genuinely improved something — not just worked up a sweat.
Who it's for: Those who've completed Boxing Basics or have prior boxing or martial arts experience.
Boxing Flow
Difficulty: All Levels| Duration: 50 mins
Boxing Flow is about putting it all together. Fluid movement, creative combinations, timing, and continuous motion — this class teaches you how to stay light on your feet and adapt naturally in the ring. Less drilling, more expression. You'll develop coordination and balance while building a style that's distinctly yours.
Who it's for: All levels. Beginners will learn rhythm and movement; intermediate boxers will find new ways to connect their technique.
Sweat Science HIIT
Difficulty: All levels | Duration: 50 mins
Sweat Science is our high-intensity interval training class built around boxing movement. Expect rounds, circuits, and conditioning drills that push your endurance, build strength, and sharpen agility — all without needing a sparring partner. It's the hardest workout in our schedule and the most rewarding.
Who it's for: Anyone who wants a serious cardio and conditioning session. No boxing experience needed — the format is designed so all fitness levels can participate and be challenged.
